Dave & Mick were amazing! Their customer service is second to none. David was open and honest as well as flexible. I arranged to have my full top floor ceiling insulated with Pink batts. David explained everything to me in a professional manner so I understood exactly what the product was and what it did to insulate the house. David went out of his way to help with things outside their scope (problems with falling loose insulation from newly installed ceiling fans that were installed by someone else.) Nothing was too much trouble and watching the two work together was also entertaining, you could tell there is a great camaraderie between them having worked together so long. The price was also alot less than I had expected which made it all the better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
